RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As we are a small company hand making all pieces to order, we only accept returns for store credit. If you have any questions about a piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form or email info@annieberner.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.                                                                                                                        

If you wish to make a return please do so within seven days from the date of receipt. Attach proof of purchase (invoice) to your return package. We do not accept items that have been noticeably worn, altered, or damaged while in your possession. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will email you a unique code for store credit. There will be a 300 NOK service fee deduction for each return.

Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. The customer is responsible for the return expenses.

If you purchased was made from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
