DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders worldwide. All domestic orders are shipped with Posten Norway or HeltHjem. All international orders are shipped with Fedex or UPS. You can specify an alternate shipping and billing address at checkout when ordering, or select the ‘pickup at collection point’ option, for Oslo. You can expect your order shipping notification three - five weeks from order date - this is to ensure adequate production time as the pieces are all handmade to order. Please feel free to contact us for an update on your order at any time. We send all our products as packages with tracking information in case of issues during the transit period. Please use your tracking number, provided in an order fulfillment email from us, to follow your package’s status. Your package is insured while in transit and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or content be damaged upon arrival please report it to us no later than three business days after receiving the package. Then return the damaged merchandise to us. We always pack the objects carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage. Annie Berner is not responsible for any extra vat or duty costs outside Norway. The customer is fully responsible for all extra vat and import costs to their respective country. Please contact your local customs authorities for details.
